Well I agree with that sentiment. But yeah, making attractive characters is a bold move since then you get complaints that they are attractive. At least when you make ugly characters you don’t get the “sexualization” complaints that are more damning than “Everyone’s ugly”.

I think having more attractive characters is a bigger net positive than negative. People want to play a character they think looks nice. And 90% of the time people who complain about a character being too sexy is just projecting their own issues onto everyone else and usually play said oversexualized character. Its like a weird form of denial.

I’d say most Western games give a balance to male and female characters while eastern games generally overexaggerate certain features. I’m not really sure what your point is? You’re saying in the OP that women don’t need to be strong and pretty but now you want them to be both? Massively incoherent.

In general I think people don’t care when it comes to this, they enjoy attractive people and they enjoy ugly people. And I agree there’s a favor in the form of attractive characters.
I can’t fault developers wanting to avoid articles and hashtags being loud from a minority though.

We literally have a guy in the ship who can change our faces, skin colour, and eye color. Also I dont see the logic in me not enjoying the game if I posted this. I’ve been playing my Psyker every day for several hours. I actually really enjoy the game.

even then, if an artist portrayed their artwork with scarless beautiful warriors it aint v realistic to fit in the sceneeee
