Bug frozen screen

About one time a day, the game cashes. The screen is frozen and i can’t do anything even go back to my desktop.
I check my drivers and my cpu and Gpu heat. No issues there.
It’s happening at anytime, once juste when i started the game in the keep.

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 six-core processor 3.40 GHZ
MSI GEFORCE GTX 1070 GAMING X 8G
GSKILL DDR4 16GB (2*8) F4-3000C16D-16GISB
ASUS TUF B350M-PLUS GAMING

Any advices, clues ??

Does the whole PC become unresponsive - resulting in you needing to restart the PC?
