Audio cuts, game freeze, then my PC restarts. This only happens in this game. I tried disabling all undervolting and overclocking settings and it still happens. I tried disabling all mods but it still happens. In Riftbreaker (CPU-heavy game) nothing like this, in Black Myth Wukong(GPU-heavy game) nothing like this, in Blender and Adobe Premier nothing like this. I have done all sorts of error checking for my CPU, GPU and RAM, not a single error. I stress tested my CPU, GPU and RAM for about 12 hours and not a single error. Sometimes I can play for several days and even forget that this can happen, sometimes it can happen a couple of times during an operation. Console log and launcher log with latest incident.

Sorry to hear this. I’m not sure we will be able to identify the underlying issue here, unfortunately - it will be a hardware or driver instability, and I’m aware you’ve exhausted a number of troubleshooting steps already.

There may be some other options you haven’t yet explored here:

I understand this is not ideal and I’m happy to assist with a refund if you would prefer to take that option.

I had read this article before contacting technical support. And I had also tried some of what was recommended in this article, but since I only had this problem with this game, I was hoping that they would tell me what else I could pay attention to or provide some logs to identify a more specific problem.
