CRUEL FATE: Reduces the cooldown of blessed shot to 6 seconds. Hitting enemies with Locked and Charged with Blessed shot reduces the cooldown of Locked and Charged by 1% for each enemy hit.
LEVEL 25
Rile the Mob: This talent is now MARKED FOR DIE: Victor gains a throwing knife in his inventory, Victor throws this knife and the enemy hit receives 20% more damage from Victor for 30 seconds. (the enemy hit by the knife is marked with a golden silhouette) (the knife reappears in the inventory every 40 seconds)
LEVEL 30
FAIR REWARD: buff, increases career skill cooldown refund from 20% to 38%.
Reactivation cooldown reduced from 10s to 6s.
INDISCRIMINATE SHOOTING: buff, each additional project in locked and loaded, reduces the reload time of the next locked and loaded by 3%.
