Bardin's talent "A Thousand Cuts" Dosen't appear in the left down corner

I use Dual Axes by the way and I’m on Xbox

Throwing Axes don’t count for the talent because they are a ranged weapon, are you sure you’re using single-wield weapons in both slots?

The weapons elegible to proc the talent are:
-1h hammer
-1h axe
-dual axes
-dual hammers

And it can be 2 of each if you want.

In 1 slot I’ve got Dual Axes in second Great 2h Hammer
