Had Adrenaline Surge as a picked talent. Picked up High Tally in Chaos Wastes.
AS still proccing at 3 stacks, but does not maintain at 4 stacks.

there are many other talents on huntsman, battle wizard, and iron breaker that arent working also, Probably more than those as well
