Playing this game I encountered repeated Nazism in my direction. I was often sent away if I wrote or spoke in the chat in Russian. I do not claim to be an infallible player, as I often responded to insults and provocations. Today I got a 7 days ban for Violation of Rules of Behavior, after a person asked me to put a box of ammo and told me to fck off. Naturally I did not tolerate such a message and sent him in voice chat in response, and then almost immediately received a ban. Once again, I’m a toxic player from time to time, but not more often than others, and I’m not going to put up with blatantly Nazi sht.

I can guarantee you, you were not banned for speaking Russian.
Perhaps you played with someone on the Fatshark team unknowingly and met just the right guy to go at.
Telling people to ‘f off’ when they ask for ammo isn’t exactly nice.

Good, thats lesson number 1: dont be toxic. Next ban might be perma so learn to behave like human being, might help in future endevores. And nobody is banning anyone because of the language they speak, they are banning because what you use this language to speak of

I don’t consider my behavior to be that much worse than any random player. Anyway, I never told a person to shut up if I didn’t like their voice or language, I just blocked them. And I certainly didn’t kick people out of the game just because they decided to communicate by voice. I don’t know what I was getting complaints for, they could have been given for the fact that in someone’s opinion I don’t play the way they should. That said, I’ve often seen people who deliberately try to ruin games by deliberately picking up a demonhost or leaving the game, or blowing up barrels near players even when there are no enemies, deliberately not releasing them from traps, etc. And it turns out that if I then informed these people that they were acting like pieces of sht, and they threw a complaint, I’m the toxic player here, not them. Again, most of the conflicts were exactly when people heard my language in voice chat, and demanded to speak English. I’m pretty sure the bulk of the complaints are language related, as I don’t turn on the mic that often at all.
I didn’t say “back off,” they said it to me. And there were accusations that I was playing something wrong. I don’t care who and what does what, unless a person frankly does not start to do something crazy while dying and framing the whole team.
I obviously haven’t been in your matches. I was just going by you saying that you are a “toxic player from time to time.” And if you can recognize that, I think it’s worth recognizing also that you’re better than that.
This game is HIGH stress. People are going to do dopey things in a panic, say crappy things out of frustration, or sometimes even just be toxic garbage people spewing bigotry and nonsense.
The best we can do (other than reporting the bigots) is to not throw that same energy back out at them. And that’s the best way to not get banned.

That still wouldn’t get you a ban.
To be actually banned from the game, someone has to report you to customer service and then they need to have legitimate proof of wrong-doing. Otherwise Fatshark will throw it out as false reporting.
So come on now, what did you do to rattle the others?

It’s literally Nazism. The game has a large online Russian-speaking players, why shouldn’t I speak my language? The game has a function to block and disable chat, why not use it? Why demand me to shut up?

I’d really like to know that too, so I posted on the forum in case a moderator showed me proof or something. I didn’t get any letters or warnings, I just got a one week ban.

Nobody said you can’t speak Russian. The guy you quoted said “It’s WHAT you said in Russian”. That’s a big difference.
And stop the whole victim spiel. Please. You know as well as we all do, that if you really were serious about this, you’d write a support ticket to Fatshark.
Not doing so and instead posting this thread is Steam Forum behavior, as can be typically observed in any Valve game that has people hit with banwaves.
Mindset: “Guys, I have done nothing. I swear. I was definitely banned unfairly and I expect you other users to do something about it, despite you not having the authority.”

It sounds like you are toxic and others are toxic to you too. None of it is okay. I am sure there are people who are against russians in general, so they can be xenophobic against you. They are all pos. Still, this is not nazism, you most likely were not banned for speaking russian, and it very well might be that the other toxic people were banned too.

The Steam forums are a great way to raise issues when developers are inactive.
I will follow your advice and file a ticket, but I doubt very much that I will get any response, it’s fatshark.
I do not claim that I did nothing, I claim that they did no less against me, and I was forced to defend myself by my own methods, if you can call it that. It’s like whoever complained first is right.
I send people to hell, in response to their rudeness, without thinking about what to throw complaints or anything else, after all, the reasons for their aggression can be any, it can be a one-time outbreak, and to wish them a ban for it - a disgrace. So if I think a person is stressing me out, I blacklist them and I don’t have a problem.
Either you show a proof that you were banned for speaking Russian or you don’t have a case. If you were actually banned then most likely for your behaviour towards other players.
That said speaking any other language then English is impolite af unless you made sure beforehand that everyone in your party was capable of that language.
English isn’t my mothertongue either yet I speak it unless I‘m certain everyone else speaks German.
And insulting everyone of being a Nazi because they don’t understand Russian is pathetic troll behaviour.

I am sure they wrote the same thing in their report about you
