I mean, does anyone who gets banned get a reason for the ban? I get what you want from OP but you are asking something impossible.
Also, I just listen to voice chat and do nat talk but I don’t think that it is impolite to speak a non-english language. It’s okay to ask if anyone gets your language ina lobby but after it is better to switch to english if noone responds.

I’m not saying that I was banned for my language, it just so happened that over the past 2 weeks I’ve been receiving too much negativity specifically for my language, and today I received a ban. And in this damn online game, of course, conflicts happen, but banning them for a whole week is too much, it looks as if I’m making demands on their language for all the complaints.

Don’t know - but if I don’t give a reason for a ban how should the offender know what behaviour needs correction? If FS doesn’t give reasons for bans that is a problem on its own.

To be honest I never had to use mute until now as voice chat in my pub games was mostly helpful (and obviously English)
If someone voice chatted in French or Spanish to me I‘d tell them „English pls“ the first „English or shut up“ the second time…

I have played hundreds of hours with VC off at the highest difficulties, and the tag/callout system is all anyone needs.
How could you tell that they are even talking to you? I have different language speakers in my area. Should i try the same thing on them irl?

Whereever that happened, it had nothing to do with you being Russian, and everything with someone reporting you, chat / VOIP evidence and you breaking the rules.

End this sob story and rethink your recent interactions. You probably said something multiple times, Fatshark reviewed their logs and agreed with people who reported you that you wer the offender in those situations.
You have to weigh the positive and the negative. In my opinion, there’s never been a single joke or feel good moment that’s made me think “yea this is worth it” when those come standard with the screechers and the sore losers and backseat dead guys and the bigots. When you open up comms, you’re opening a window to anyone.

Only it isn’t a “truth”, again you are wasting your time on this forum. You are unlikely to be provided with evidence, your are supposed to read the terms of service / rules of condacts etc. I would not be surprised if you ban was a result of automatic word filter AND other players action. I doubt Fatshark has people actively looking at people comms, that is simply too expensive.
