This will sound far-fetched, but on Windows, make sure microsoft Edge is updated. Mine was blocked by firewall, and the outdated version led to backend errors, particularly when “checking inquisitorial clearance” and very annoyingly, at the end of a match. Please note that gameplay itself is not affected by this problem (= will not be fixed by this solution), but logging in, match starts and ends definitely are, as the game clearly utilizes components supplied along MS Edge for connectivity.
