Backend error on xbox and pc

I can’t enter the game because it says Backend error - Error signing in. My wife uses an xbox S account and I use a Pc - a microsoft account and we both use game pass ultimate.

I understood that this has to do with the ban from the server…but why are my wife and I banned. Does it have anything to do with the mods? I only use mods for the visuals of the game, solo play. She has absolutely nothing on the Xbox?

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

I forgot to add that at first the game behaved as if I had just installed it…as if it reset all over again.

The most recent update caused the settings to be reset so that may explain that part of it.

Good luck getting it sorted, they are really helpful and I’m sure someone will respond to your report aoon

I have the same issue. Can’t log on. I was playing earlier in the day no problem.

getting same error myself on PC, game worked fine this morning then after a restart ive been unable to log back in. Assume its probably an issue on xbox’s side

Same issue here. On XBOX.

Tried relogging into my XBOX account again, restarting my system, resetting my router. Nothing works.

Hey all! We’re aware of backend error reports for Xbox/MS Store and believe we have identified and resolved the issue.

Please can you all try restarting Darktide now, and let me know if the error is resolved?

Just to add to this, I’ve been told there may be a delay of up to 15 minutes for this fix to kick in. So if you’re still experiencing an error, please check in 15 minutes time and let me know. Thank you!
