Experiencing Backend Error But Darktide is allowed through firewall

I keep getting the error Backend Error Unable to Log In. I checked my firewall and darktide is not blocked. I updated my drivers and restarted my computer. Error still happens. Please help or let me know if I have been banned, thank you.

proof its not blocked by the firewall.

My gf is currently experiencing the same thing. We’re both sitting right next to each other on seperate PCs, I’m able to log in but she cant. She gets “position in queue: 1” then “backend error” once it tries to log in.

Your gf could be banned. Apparently I am temp banned. Weird how it doesn’t say in the logs.
