Issue Description (Required):
I can’t seem get pass the title screen after the cut scene. I’ve tried the following:
- Uninstall / Reinstall the game
- Restart Steam
- Restart Computer
- Added Darktide app to firewall
- Added EasyAntiCheat file to firewall
- Flushed DNS and Restarted PC
- Updated Windows
- Updated NVIDIA drivers
- Verified Game Files on steam
Please help and let me know if this can be fixed ASAP because I have a small refund window.

In case of a temporary connectivity/routing issue, do you still encounter the ‘Backend Error’ if you try signing in now?
Otherwise, if you can temporarily switch to a mobile data connection and check if the error occurs, this can help to determine if the issue is network/ISP-related.
