Backend Error is usually related to network incompatibilities, where something either on the network or PC is blocking the required connections to our servers.
This is common in places that may have network-level restrictions in place, such as university campuses or military bases - if this is applicable to you, we recommend contacting your network administrator.
Otherwise, it can be helpful to temporarily connect your PC to a mobile hotspot to see if the issues persist while connected to another network. This can determine whether the problem is related to your current network setup or something else.

Thanks for the reply Lev. It turns out I forgot to turn my VPN off. I thought the servers were down or something. It is working now.
