Keep getting Error Signing-in

Issue Description (Required):

I keep getting Backend Error: Error Signing in recently.

Things that I have tried:

1. Reinstall the game.
2. Delete folder from Appdata.
3. Disabling Firewall
4. Verify game files.

I can access other games which also include Vermintide 2. I only faced this problem on Darktide. I was able to use temporary fix around like VPN or mobile hotspot to access the game.

Update:

The game seems to be working again after I verify file from Fatshark launcher (not verify files integrity from steam). Not sure if this was the solution or a coincidence by chance.

The problem came back again after I get disconnected in the middle of a game.

Hi Frost, it sounds like something on the network side is interfering with the required connections as using VPN/mobile hotspot was successful.

I’d recommend bringing this to your ISP and explaining that you have an unstable connection to https://bsp-sup-sd.atoma-discovery.com/darktide/status, which is the endpoint to our backend.

They should be best equipped to look in to why the connection is breaking.
