Sorry to hear this @Tuggins

We’ve checked your log, and our server logs, and there doesn’t appear to be any sign-in requests that reached our backend. It appears that something locally is rejecting the security certificate from our login server.

Likely causes could be:

  • Outdated Windows OS - ensure you have latest updates installed (though if you could play pre-update, this may not be the culprit)
  • Anti-Virus, other internet security software or VPN. I recommend checking anything that could be blocking your connection. Adding appropriate exceptions for Darktide may help. Disable VPN etc.

If you can try temporarily switching to a mobile data connection and check if the error persists, this can help to determine that the issue is network/ISP-related.

Strange, it was able to connect with this connection before. However, I’ll give it another try when I get home to my primary PC and we’ll see if that works out.

Thanks
