Audio is in a bad state

Issue Description:
A lot of audio cues are obscured by the vast amount of things going on on higher difficulties. Voicelines of e.g. the Trapper will interrupt themselves and obscure more important cues. When it comes to audible readability this is the worst state the game has been in since launch.

Yeap whatever they did with the change that’s supposed to prevent cutting of from voicelines and sounds actually made it even worse.
