As a psyker main who ironically suffers from migraines irl, there is just too much sensory overload

While reading this, please understand that this isn’t a troll post.

So when I started playing psyker, the extremely loud psyker warp sound when you hit 100% peril has been the cause of many migraines, I actually had to turn down the sound of the game to a bare minimum just to not wince in pain. Even if I didn’t have a migraine that day, the constant blasting of that sound over and over again has caused headaches where there were none to begin with.

So that’s my sound sensory turned down to almost nothing, I can’t really hear incoming enemies very well, so I’m constantly having to turn around 180 degrees, back and forth like some schizophrenic psychopath.

But then the latest patch made the surge staff have this blurry warp charge all over the screen while charging and discharging, so now I can’t see anything on top of not being able to hear anything.

I’m frustrated over here because it feels like you’re trying to get me to stop playing the game. Can you please add some accessibility options to turn down the psyker effects and sounds? I would love to be able to actually see and hear what I’m doing.

There’s an accessibility option to lower the range of sounds, not psyker specifically, did you try it?

I second that the psyker 100% peril sound is way too loud and needs to be reduced. I’m glad they reverted force staff VFX changes. I really want them to revert force shield block VFX too. It’s way to bright and blurry and I can’t see what’s in front of me when I have it up.
