This sound is really stressing me out. Maybe it’s a silly complaint, maybe it’s just my anxiety issues, but it’s very unpleasant to hear.
Anything else would be wonderful, just a sound that goes from low to high without the heart thumping. I would be very grateful, as the class is a lot of fun, love the lore around it and I like the character voice the most out of the female voices.
Also not a fan of the sound. A lot of other games use the heart pumping sound to signify either low health or a immediate “danger” that you need to react to. Having it play every single time I pop a head gets on the nerves.
The overwhelming sensory assault for High Perils is part of the reason I quit playing Psyker in the CB; there really needs to be a separate setting to reduce the visual and audio interference.
