Am I crazy, or are all the toughness replenishment increasing talents only affecting coherency regen and nothing else?

Shouldn’t these multiply more than just regen? They don’t feel like they are increasing instant toughness gain from blessings and talents.
Am I just visually impaired to the point I couldn’t notice an upwards of 70% increased recovery while testing?
Yes, it only affects coherency toughness regen.

Yeah. I get the same feeling when trying to wrangle rending and brittleness because even though Fatshark has defined the difference, they still use the terms interchangeably in the tooltips.
Anyone else see the +#% and think they were censoring some choice words about the talents?
