Amd user complaining about random stutters

new hotfix=new problem, game is now stuttering and lagging for no reason.
it was fine b4 the latest hotfix.
cant provide much more info nothing changed on my part.
save me from darktide the powerpoint presentation.

sorry im late, the issue was resolved a couple moths back. ive had no performance snags since.
