All characters dropped 5 levels to 30

All hero power 600 instead of 650 and at level 30 instead of 35
On XBoxOne.
3rd time starting up game, consistent bug, no update available

Logged on today and all my characters were dropped from 35 to 30 on the xbox 1. My son also has a vermintide 2 account and had the same issue. Is there anyway to get our levels restored for all of our characters (mine were all maxed at 35, his were all maxed except for Kerillen 32, Seinna 31) We love the game and have been playing it for over a year, it would be great to get those levels back.
