Last night I played late until my character was level 35 I even got the challenge for it. This morning I as only level 29.

First time this has happened only been playing for triple xp event

We’re looking in to what could have caused this, and wanted to apologise for the inconvenience.
I have a similar problem. All my characters where lv 35 and today they all have dropped to lv. 30. Can someone plz help.
