Level 30 Ogryn Character disappeared!

Log in the game today and my Level 30 Ogryn has been disappeared for no reason.
I have purchased 2 outfits from the cash shop for him.
Played 280 hours with him. Have tons of material, gold, weapons, aquilla 2200 left (after purchased 2 outfits for ogryn at 2400 aquilla each)

Now everything gone!
My level 15 Zealot still there.

Please fix it asap !!!
