I play offline, this morning i lost all my levels for all my characters but i still have my weapons missions and cosmetics

Did you only lose your progression from offline mode?
I think your offline progression is locally stored. Do you remember deleting anything from your Xbox storage pertaining to Vermintide?

At least you still have your weapons. I lost my weapons and my levels for my Battle Wizard power of i think 122, since I just started this week, back down to 65. It has kept my map progression…I think.
