A lot of people also feel that the lack of rewards for killing monsters/bosses seems like it’s not encouraged. But I don’t think you should copy the system of Loot Die, need a system suitable for Darktide. I suggest that when you kill a monster/boss, drop a tokens. You can use the tokens to refresh the weapon store immediately and keep the original refresh time. As for Melk, requires tokens from the Demonhost and also doubles the required tokens for each use within the same day.
I’m not sure but it still seem to be tied to the “Emperor gift” and if it’s not imo it should !
I don’t think they should be tied to the shop tho.
Maybe also drop ammo/medkit on kill could be nice.
I don’t think it will increase the drop rate of gifts. I haven’t seen the gift for a long time, at least 20 games. Even if you find all the tomes and kill the Demonhost.
Compared to verminitide, the reward system is disappointing: in Vt2 we have at the end of each game completed at least 3 items. The quality of these items increases with the degree of success.
Everyone alive,
Grimoire, collected tomes
Monsters killed
…
Here, not only are the rewards not systematic (that doesn’t bother me) but we have no view on what influences the reward, if there is any influence.
And it’s counterproductive : in Vt the book hunt is very serious because it raises one or two reward levels… Here, apart from the weekly tasks… So some players are less motivated to lose an inventory slot or life for… Nothing.
A summary system of the actions of the game and their influence on the eventual reward would be much better.
^ Exactly that !
