A bit better spectator mode

When in spectating mode, please have the right mouse button cycle through the players view IN REVERSE!
It is basicly 0 work for you Fatshark guys and it grinds my gears.
Also while you are at that chunk of the code, it would be nice to see the player’s health, toughness value etc.

Nothing too fancy but I think it would make the game a bit better.

I want to see hud as well. I dont understand why i need load avatars and other stuff when team revive me.
