7800xt random fps drops

Issue Description (Required):

Darktide works like intended only on 23.11.1 driver. On other drivers, even on the newest 24.12.1. GPU usage drops from 100% to 70% every minute, even in lobby, which causes these fps drops. Enabling FSR gives nice fps boost, but 0.1 lows are still terrible.

Windows reinstall
DDU
BIOS reset
fTMP off/on
SAM off/on
HAGS off/on
Config file edit.
Game reinstall

I have a very similar computer 7900xt/5800x3d/32gb of ram and can confirm the game only works well with the 23.11.1 driver and has since not been fixed. It has been more that a year now.
