When starting or entering mission, give 5 minute and let us see the team weapon types and change my weapons.

5 min might be excessive, but yes… when getting into a lobby and even when doing quick play and you join an in-progress game, give us a minute to change loadout after we know which mission and what objective it is.
5 min may be too much, but seing loadouts of the others would be a great addition.
