As title suggests, this would be a great quality of life improvement that I am unsure of why it is not already implemented. Or at the very least show an icon of whatever your other teammates have equipped as communication can be difficult with the community at times and just being able to see what their loadout is would bypass that.

also - why can we not change class in the beginning of mission screen?
I fully agree these should both be in the game to make building good comps easier in QP.
For the meantime - there is a mod at least, that let’s you see what your teammates have equipped. I know it’s just a band-aid, but it’s better than nothing, while the devs hopefully work on implementing this themselves.
