I seem to like the second one best, the third stabby one has a fast animation but Ogryn light attacks suck ass so its kinda wasted.

Mk IV is probably the “meta” choice, and the most interesting from gameplay perspective. I like Mk VI with Unstoppable Force, for its “unique” interactions but that is hardly optimal.
In general Ogryn’s “overreliance on heavy attacks by design”, and boring attack combos get tedious over time. Well at least the special attack serves a purpose on cleavers

as for the serious answer krourk IV is the alrounder, bully III for clearing hordes and softer targets only.
my old setup was ripper with can opener and bully III, but that was before auric maelstrom was a thing.
to get punies through a pinch i think the knife lacks in reach, damage and cleave.
resorting to ranged doing all the essential damage would be a noob trap in my opinion.
