You forgot to update the Okri challenges with consideration of the new two-tier commendation chest

According to your patch notes (and empirically, the item description) the new tier 2 Commendation Chest is actually the equivalent of the old Commendation Chest, while the tier 1 is a weaker version. It seems to me that the Okri challenges that give Commendation Chests give the tier 1 one, in other words, the value of their rewards got substantially reduced, I assume unintentionally. Fix ASAP, please.
