Yet another dodge nerf post with details this time

I dont know if others have seen this yet but this specific post on reddit actually has the values for the nerf -

The dodge felt fine before I dont understand why this was changed. If this nerf stays this probably has the single biggest negative impact in the average performance of the player base

In the beta results you guys released you already showed that only 4% of the player base that even attempts the 5th level difficulty is successful, was that to high of a win rate? Is that level of play suppose to be unwinnable by the average player? Because if unchanged, this change will make that % far lower
