Issue Description:
After enabling XeSS and going into any menu game freezes for a bit and after leaving that menu gives bad artifacting on screen.
**Steps to Reproduce:
Enable XeSS and just open any menu in Lobby. I have an Intel ARC GPU so it should not happen at all!!!
