I discovered that the DXGI crash I have is caused due to either the unoptimized communication with the drivers from the Intel Arc GPUs or the unoptimization for Intel Arc GPUs in general.
The problem is that the Ray Tracing isn’t well working for Intel Arc GPUs, even when these cards are capable to do so and perform very well, even with great Ray Tracing. With that mentioned, the game will crash and reporting an DXGI Error.
I can understand if you guys are focusing on something else that has mostly more priorities. Yet since there is a minority that likes to play your games with less populated hardware, here are some helpful gits I found on GitHub in order to help you with the development process.
At D:\a\d\e2af82edaa31c93c6098ffbd561125ed\b0be1561439953a6\stingray\runtime\d3d12_render_device\d3d12_debug.cpp:1566 in function stingray::aftermath::d3d_assert
And I was playing at medium settings with medium RT Settings. But I will experiment with the Graphical Settings to let it play smooth and still look good, while using XeSS Upscaling and Frame Generation overridden by the Intel Graphics Software
thanks. I hope the shared Links will help you for the optimization. besides that, it would be awesome to see that the game itself natively supports the newest version of XeSS
