(Xbox) Naggarond Spike Headgear showing up in Salvage Items List

Issue Summary:
The Shade Only headgear Naggarond Spike (blue level) is allowing me to select it for Salvage

Steps to Reproduce:

1. unknown, recieved it and its there

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):
Once
Rare (< 10%)
Unusual (< 25%)
Common (< 50%)
Often (< 75%)
Constant (100%)

Only violet (Okri’s reward) and stock quality items are not in the salvage menu. (why no idea)

However none of my other items are in the Salvage screen . Just that one.

EDIT- Nevermind, they were equipped…doh!

Favorite [F] all orange and blue headgear that way they won’t show up there ever again.
