Wrong tip about dodge

Issue Summary: There is a tip that is sometimes shown on the loading screen that says something like “Dodge enemies pressing [KEY] etc.”. If you unbind the jump/dodge key, the tip will state [N/A] instead of showing the dodge only key.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Load VT, load some maps
  2. Hope to see that tip
  3. Profit
