Winter Announcement

You exaggerating a bit here.

We have no numbers so you cant make assumtions. The pc part is also broken on many levels so there fore there must be almost no players ?

They need money that is a fact, the ps5 launch brought in a nice chunk so they can further develop the game. Be happy.

Not really, PC version is perfectly playable.
I won’t be happy that they wasted a year on a console port that benefits nobody other than theirs and microsofts/sonys wallets in the end. It’ll be like VT2 again and they’ll basically drop console support. I wish they’d just stop that little spiel and dev the main version faster.

Also, while I can’t say without a doubt that they would’ve made more moeny had they skipped this and improved the game instead, I will say that many PC only games exist that are perfectly fine providing many updates in a live service environment without any “ports to fund development”

Agree to disagree it is then.

Not a point we can agree to disagree. The PC version is playable. The Xbox version currently crashes 3-4 times per game and has for months. It’s not a matter of opinion. For the rest fair enough

Im playing in pc and it is a clusterfock atm. Havoc has isues, the game itself eats memorie, gpu isues, optimation isues, rewards, penances and horrible performance. I have to install mods to get better performence. And crashes…. I see them more than my own dog.

Now imagine if you had all this, -30 fps, and the game DCs you up to 10 times per mission. Let’s not pretend it’s even remotely comparable.

Just because one is worse doenst mean the other is better if you still cant play it decently.

But we differ from opinion i see so i’ll leave it at this. See you in game

Acting like the PC version is not in a playable state is dishonest and overexaggerating performance issues. It’s perfectly playable for the most part and most people can go dozens of games without crashes or DCs. I’m running it on 8 year old hardware and having absolutely no issues other than uneven framerate which I managed to resolve via .ini edits.
Trying to say that this is just an opinion and it could be considered just as bad as literally crashing/DCing 5 times per mission on average is simply not honest.

I would also like the game to consume less computer resources when minimized. Otherwise, I’m not in the game yet, (I decided to relax, distract myself, drink tea) the computer is working at its maximum at this time. Especially if it’s a laptop

Probably not deliberate. The other premium helbore skin (Desert Spear) does not have the good sights and the best sights for a bolt pistol are on the free mastery/mechanicus skin rather than any of the 3(?) premium skins there have been.

Also, while you and I think the Legacy of Vraks has a better sight, there are some people out there who don’t agree. When it came up on reddit a fair number of players preferred the default sights instead of LoVraks. I don’t really understand why they feel this way but here’s another example: Refund of "Legacy of Vraks"

Really looking forward to hear from Jesper Kyd. By far my favorite composer for the industry.

Guillaume David is up there too for me, but he’s published fewer tracks. He did Mechanicus and Ixion.

Oh no I don’t underestimate skins. It can be a gold cow. All im saying is that vt2 had skins and careers.
