It doesn’t seem to jive that only one power weapon receives such an incredibly useful boon.
I don’t think there’s a single other power weapon where you would want to have your special attack for consecutive attacks, since they’re all single target with an animation lock.
Haven’t seen it once in 150 hours of play, so frankly, if it is really the end all be all, it sure seems to be exceptionally rare.
