Why is Swift Slaying so wonderful?

Ok, this is a bit of a, hopefully, entertaining, topic so I hope no one will take it overtly serious.

I’m just curious why Swift Slaying is so wonderful, that with two +5% Crit Chance a Dawi can settle so many grudges in record time that’s its as good as sliced bread 2.0? Why is that?

Swift Slaying is just sorta fantastic because it’s the only trait that compounds on itself. The Riekland Reaper reaps harder, the Skinny-Little-Waif of a killing machine waifs harder, and our resident Steam-Tank of a Zealot goes even more totally ballistic on his enemies.

by proccing Swift-Slaying, you’re giving yourself a buff: attack speed! Woohoo! But, you proc it by attacking, and you now have more attacks per second, so your chance to proc it again (in a given 3 second window) goes up by having Swift-Slaying active.

Barkskin doesn’t give you 50% DR for all attacks, Conservative Shooter can only ever give you back one shot, and Homebrewer only gives you a 25% chance to save a potion… 1-3 times a map, while Swift-Slaying’s buff is omnipresent in battle. It is, practically speaking, a 20% attack speed buff for the entirety of a map!

Killing rats is wonderful. With more speed this trait provides you can kill even more rats. Killing even more rats is the highest level of pleasure.

Because why commit genocide slowly when you can do it quickly?

For Sigmar, the trees and the big book.

Well said, sir.

Well said, but I prefer Heroic Intervention.

ohoh, good one, sir
