Says it it all in the topic, if I can’t get the weapons I am looking for in the shop with half decent stats I expect to at least be able to use crafting to make the stats half decent.
The whole point is to get you to check the RNG shop on the hour, every hour with the rest of us.
So you can see in passing everyone else who they put you on the Mourningstar with and see how cool their characters look, while standing right next to the cash shop. Which also has FOMO ‘to not confuse us with choice’.
