New system is fine i think, nothing extraordinary, but it works, players can have control over items, stats are random but it’s whatever because weapon max potential is surprisingly high, wasn’t expecting that.
I suppose for the new and returned players Masteries system isn’t gonna be frustrating and time wasting expirience.
2 years late, but still very needed and healthy change, good job overall, hope Fatshark learned something (cope)
And again we can see there is an interest, despite game brings no “true content” for many of us. Basically one new map, wich is like 1/2 of a regular map.
Despite it was a big update, devs should keep communicate and inform us what’s next as soon as possible, or game will have 3-4k online again very soon.
The game needs a big juicy content drop - several maps in a different biome (ye ye claustrophobic hive setting is cool, but eyes need more than grey and brown tunnels ok?) + new cool weapons (no more pickaxes and shovels pls, leave those for a mining simulator game), new enemies (no reskined bruisers don’t count), new difficulty tier.
If Fatshark is working on a PS5 port, as is suspected, then hopefully the pace of content will pick up more after.
I’d like to see more maps and a much different biome for sure.
Would love to see a new enemy faction (GeneStealer Cult) at some point to mix up the enemy variety more.
I’d love to see new missions with radically different type of pace and objectives instead of just going from A - B with a few stops along the way. Missions to escort walkers/tanks/supply cars? Missions in more of an open-world feeling zone with objective locations a bit randomized that you need to move between. Something to mix it up.
It comes from someone that has think that it was a waste of time this update…

New difficulty, with the power increase… yes. But not just on auric board.
New missions, yes and more like the new one. Operations should be a sort of “flash” missions. I want more like that. But, they need to make them enough difficult but not too much or we cannot do them with randoms.
New enemies: I would say we need a new faction OR a new enemy type.
New cool weapon, absolutely. We need a 1911 stub pistol
New biome: not sure. New district, yes absolutely
New map selection also. I would like that the game propose missions of every district, one for each district at a time. After all, we have the map, we have the missions that take place in a district, why not matching both?
Speaking of new map selection, I would like to select it also.
Tie it in with the bonus event even, and run it in parallel to the normal mission board. One for each difficulty and a bonus Maelstrom for the duration!
Let’s be honest, it’s how game should have been from the start.
Besides, it’s better to start early cause every time they deilvered some nice update they lost the momentum after.
Not saying they should drop an update next week, but just don’t drop silent for a year. Some approximate schedule or roadmap is needed, more like about plans, rather than promises

Im not saying that its should not be made, but its definetly must NOT be main course, it should be background updates.
More like hey we brough you two new maps, one new monster a few new guns(Not Variants), Those two new maps will start new story that will probably ends with exiting new epic BOSS fight in another update wink
