Well after they release the PS5 version they will have to support and fix any issues.

As far as something I would like to see. Its just maps. I love that enemies are mutating which can help progress the narrative instead of the map (if that makes sense).

I’d like to imagine 3 maps for each mission type. For example the train station boss fight can be the same dialogue just a new layout on the way to the arena.

Krieg rota (and any similar one) kinda shoot that idea down.

Have they ?

Will they ? (and I did say that archetype wasn’t promised as free)

But maps, modes and enemies are promised to remain free (as in VT2 since WoM)

MAAAANY MORE MAPS! And not just uno-reverso layout like some of the initial maps.

Other than maps, relying on them to release anything substantive to increase and then buoy the playerbase after the PS release is a generous line of thinking based on their past development schedule.

Letting us pick the maps is the last hope to increase variety with minimal effort on their part. And, other than the Ogryn, I don’t really need any more weapons. I’d rather they focus on other things.

I find the overwhelming lack of solo mode representation disturbing.

They absolutely need to add more maps and the ability to play all of them solo w/ bots.

we need prostitutes and alcohol between missions.

Commenting to counter this.
I love rogue-likes so i like the randomness i hope they’ll keep it. Also liked it being a long session.
If you take away the long session and the randomness you’re literally left with just a normal mission.

I could have sworn this game is coming up on an anniversary, two years no less, and yet no announcement of anything with regard to that

I would like to see more ideas of what unique new classes they could add. I often see requests for a tech priest, Eldar assassin and abhuman ratlings. A tech priest could open up space for a pet class in the game, even if I’m not a fan of necro in VT2, it just adds more to visual noise with its pets. We also already have 2 stealth options and a sniper class doesn’t make much sense in Tide games. Admittedly I have seen some really good huntsman in VT2, but that class had some hilarious bugs and balancing issues back in time.

a friend of mine roleplayed an eldar assassin in mine dark heresy campaign, it blended well

Teaser toward the next update, which will most likely be on/around the anniversary.
