A crafting rework is so painfully necessary at this point. We need it badly. It needs to have priority over adding more weapons.
The foundation for crafting is broken already, it needs to be remade before adding additional structures.
More maps, enemies and weapons seem inevitable, but seeing crafting resolved is what I care about the most.
There should be no locks, and we should have the ability to apply the Blessings that we want to our weapons in the same way as the Perks - at the very least.
All of my weapons that I’ve kept have at least one Tier 4 Blessing, but some of them have Tier 2/3 Blessings to accompany the Tier 4, and one of them’s usually not even the Blessing that I want!
I have to spend all my Ordos at the shop just to get the Blessings that I want from throwaway weapons, just to end up locking myself out of changing 1 of my 2 perks and the cycle repeats itself. It’s ridiculous!
Edit: If we’re getting into the nitty gritty, I’d also like to be able to make my own weapons from scratch; choosing all the percentages, the base damage and being able to bring it up to to 380 or so on Profane.
Fortunately I haven’t experienced that many. I’ve had maybe 2 this month.
Watch me log in and get a bunch of them after saying this, though.
And they should all be your own characters too, like in Vermintide 2.

i really just want a better(more open) crafting system and official weapon mods. i’m assuming new maps and weapons are always on their way, so i don’t really need to hope for those.
new enemies would be nice, but i’d rather them just fix and tweak the current ones before adding anything new.

Red weapons. I want red weapons. No locks. 100% all stats.
No randomness. Pure deterministic goodness.
If I can get 100% on all stats I will actually cry happy tears. I’d settle happily for 80% on all stats
I really hope psykers finally get a new staff or two.
And specifically anti-elite / boss staves too. That’s the one type of weapon other classes have but psykers don’t but need. Especially now after Illisi and the class overhaul, since we have plenty of options to do horde clear that would complement this.
I really wanna know more about the datamined Rifthaven Mk IIb Pyrocast Force Staff. It’s got “Pyro” in it, so I need it.

A Hellgun and a 2-handed Power Sword are my personal picks! All of my Classes have a “Heavy Melee/High Rate of Fire” build - except for my Veteran!
For example:
Ogryn:
Melee: Brute-Brainer Mk XIX Latrine Shovel (Heavy Melee)
Ranged: Achlys Mk VII Twin-Linked Heavy Stubber (High RoF)
Zealot:
Melee: Tigrus Mk II Heavy Eviscerator (Heavy Melee)
Ranged: Artemia Mk III Purgation Flamer (High RoF)
Psyker:
Melee: Deimos Mk IV Blaze Force Sword (Heavy Melee)
Ranged: Rifthaven Mk II Purgatus Force Staff (High RoF)
Veteran:
Melee: Munitorum Mk III Power Sword (Light Melee)
Ranged: Lucius Mk II Helbore Lasgun (Low RoF)
I know that it’s a minor outlier, but it REALLY annoys me that I currently can’t have this build for Veteran - I can do it with every other Class!
I personally hope that except pumping out new content, Fatshark looks into:
- terrible game fps performance
- broken audio
- RNG insanity / removal of locks in the itemisation / crafting systems
