If I had to guess I would say something that only pops up once in a while and is not tied in with anything else like the global conditions or melks weekly missions.
“Emergency XX detected in sector XX launch rapid response”
I thought it would appear once a day maybe in the mission hub but its just another thing that wasn’t quite ready on launch

The funny thing is the game had data mined stuff all over the internet but there’s no a single flash mission related leak… Just like that stuff not even existing…
