My WH+ portait code receives a “failed to redeem” message when attempting to redeem: The code should be unused and valid is copied directly as delivered to me.

Thank you! Just leaving a message to confirm that my issue has been resolved and to add that the “Failed to redeem code.” error is different from the “Code is not valid.” in case anyone has trouble in the future.
