Redeemed on wrong platform?

Issue Description:

Warhammer+ code redeemed incorrectly? I play on my PC using Xbox Gamepass so when I redeemed the Warhammer+ code with Xbox I don’t see it yet when I log in. Did I need to redeem it for PC? When I’m in game my platform icon shows Xbox.

Man where are you even getting the code from. I find the warhammer plus site confusing as hell.

I got an email from warhammer+/Fatshark with the code and link to redeem it, I still don’t see it yet though in my inventory.
