Weeklies redesign into weekly challenges

So the main problem with weeky contracts to me is that map rotations make some near impossible and others if you wanted to do them would mean you spend your whole week playing one character or you speed run T1 missions 25 times in a row.
Then you also get a really big bonus for finishing all of them.

I want the weekly grind to be a weekly challenges.
Main thing is they are CHALLENGES you do them once and your done.
You also just don’t have the big bonus at the end.
This means if you got 4 character you can just do what ever you think would be fun at your skill level and not forced to grind them out for a big bonus and not play any other character till your done.

You get 15-20 challenges every week.
A third can only be finished on damnation
A third can be finished on heresy or damnation
A third can be finish on malice heresy or damnation.

The challenges are simple but still a challenge since even finishing a damnation mission is difficult for 90% of players.

Missions are simple and only done once per week so you can finish what you can finish on all of your characters your able to do them on and not grind 25 mission on one character.

Complete secondary objective script
Complete secondary objective grims
No player deaths
Finish mission in under 22-18 minutes
Kill 2 monstrosity in one mission
No player knock downs
Finish high intensity
Finish hound pack
Finish power supply interruption
Anything else that would be a fun challenge.
