Obviously can’t say. We don’t know if one blog is about the new map, biome, weapons or whatever and the other about itemisation or if the itemisation rework is so chonky they feel it needs two blogs to break it all down.
In any case, we’re just gonna have to wait. We should at the very least, get another emoji this week to ponder and argue over.
This truly is the most cursed timeline.

This is a false dichotomy.
Fatshark could get its act together and start communicating. There is no physical or legal law preventing them from doing so.
They just don’t want to.
Maybe like give us a little story?
Maybe a little teaser?
Maybe talk a bit about one of the weapons that are done?
Maybe give us some idea of the time gap and what has been happening in the story for the past 3 or 4 months?
Give us some idea that things are progressing.
It doesn’t even need to be big, I’m going to point to the og Space Marine intro.
It basically told us everything we needed to know in a few pictures and some lines of text.
Like what happened after the twins were defeated? Was any ground gained? What happened to Wolfer? Cool we got a new character on the morning star who hands out penance stuff, that’s all well and good but what is going on in Atoma. Hate to beat a dead horse but compare it to Helldivers 2.
This is all just from June 3rd to June 5th.
They also have 2 pretty length threads on the new warbond as well as the direction on future patches.
As CommanderJ pointed out the emojis are literally nothing. What happens to the writers, all their social media people, anyone doing PR? There is only so much “it’s GW’s fault” and “they are just a silly little guy” talk I can take in regards to them just doing nothing.

That clip was after an entire trailer about three new maps that dropped within two weeks, not a full month later.

They set us up to be disappointed. They said we have multiple blogs coming in the next few weeks. Its pretty clear to see now it might be 2 for each of these last 2 weeks if they even give us more than an emoji. Which I guess we should be grateful to have gotten instead of the usual nothing. The nothing, and the odd comment from former people in that role saying they’re re-thinking how they do these addresses. Well, you gotta leave enough rope to hang yourself to even tell if they do good or bad on that. Not nothing. Or gear or pickaxe emoji.

Yeah I mean, Darktide doesn’t have a CM. Catfish abandoned Darktide forums the moment she was ‘split’ between VT2 and Darktide, and of course now she’s on sick leave. Strawhat only ever posts patch notes, and if you’re lucky, she might answer questions about cosmetics in the first 20 minutes after patch notes are posted.
That’s it. Nothing else. Not here, not on discord. Zilch. Nada.
