Voice Chat is too quiet

Issue Description:
I have tried several speaker configurations (2x headphones, Optic Speakers, 3.5mm jack speakers). In each case, other players voices are too quiet to hear. I’ve adjusted music volume (low) and main volumes. It’s just inaudible. By contrast, Discord for example is clear. Tested with and without Discord btw. I can HEAR that someone is talking. But I can’t HEAR what they’re saying. You need ducking or something.

Try using an ASUS motherboard and on-board sound.

I would like to echo this. I use a HyperX II and have the max volume cranked up to 100 on voice chat and usually the gameplay and music volume turned down to 90 and I still can’t make out 50% of the players who are talking. Just let me crank this up to %200+

The mod linked below addresses this issue by “ducking” the other audio sources while someone is on VoIP.
