After I was downed and waited for recovery towards the end of Dark Omens, I noticed a significant visual glitch. I saw it first in spectator mode, so it may be related to that, but it persisted afterwards too, covering a very wide area almost up to the end event.
This only happened on one run, but was consistent once it appeared.
